Fantastic shop clean great value
Very Good and cheap shop recommended .
Those big customer relationship problems are starting to show as is usual with so many chain stores. They start off well but supervision starts to become sloppy. That peculiar attitude has crept in - the one that says this job would be so much easier if we had no customers!This is a big shop and as such it needs staff who know their way around and who are willing and able to help a customer find what they want. They are failing in staff product awareness.It is a strange environment when you are made to feel guilty for interrupting 3 members of staff to ask where the cat food is located. They failed here on just plain courtesy and politeness.Rather than consider customer service it seems it has become very important to some of the staff to discuss their personal needs, families, boy friends and employment rights. Whatever else happens do not expect a smile or greeting. The range of goods also seems to be compromised. Don't look for ordinary items in cleaning materials for something as unusual as a pan scrub. And whatever else you do don't ask for help.This comment has gone on for far longer than was intended but we realised the more we thought about this shop the less satisfied we are.
Its not bad place quite gud for bargains
